Résumé : | Removing nitrosamines might well reduce the incidence of adenocarcinoma over time. Only an experiment on continuing smokers will tell, and this should be set up. Removing nitrosamines will not affect the epidemic of other cancers and diseases associated with tobacco, but there can be little excuse for not insisting that the tobacco industry uses this technology globally and does not dump its high nitrosamine tobacco on poor countries. Every national government should take note. |
