Cet article envisage les changements de comportements individuels en matière de tabac, d'alcool et d'alimentation, une question encore peu explorée dans la littérature internationale. L'analyse permet d'affiner la compréhension des liens entre la communication et les comportements de prévention. En particulier, trois éléments caractéristiques ressortent : l'impact de la confiance en l'information sur les risques, la perception des risques et les préférences temporelles. Un résultat important pour les politiques de prévention est que les changements d'habitudes alimentaires ont un impact significatif sur la consommation d'alcool. ENGLISH: The present study deals with individual changes in behaviors regarding smoking, drinking and bad diet, which is an issue still little explored. Data analysis provided insight into the relationships between communication on health risks and changes in behaviors. Notably, three key-elements were identified: the impact of trust in the information, health risks perception, and temporal preferences. An important finding for prevention was also that changes in diet are likely to favor decreases in alcohol consumption. |
