ENGLISH : The correlations between family cohesion and the three different measures of psychological impairment consistently show that persons who are psychologically the most functional are part of the most cohesive families, while the relationships between adaptability and the measures of psychological functioning are found to be inconsistent. The Olson "Circumplex" model hypothesis is not confirmed for families in this sample. (Extract from author's abstract) |
