FRANÇAIS : Généralement, les témoignages des ex-alcooliques livrent peu d'informations si l'on les étudie au seul niveau thématique. Toutefois, grâce à l'analyse narratologique et aux travaux de psychologie cognitive consacrés au « schéma narratif », ce point de vue peut être révisé. Comme notre étude entreprise sur 224 témoignages le montre, ce discours correspond à la mobilisation et à l'actualisation d'une compétence narrative et discursive destinée à l'acquisition et à la transmission d'un savoir sur la maladie. Ce savoir caractérise la phase finale d'une « histoire » qui, selon une logique précise, en passe par le devoir, le vouloir et le pouvoir faire. Dans cet article, des éléments de méthode sont proposés afin de renouveler l'analyse du témoignage. (Résumé d'éditeur) ENGLISH : Generally, testimonies of the ex-alcoholics give few in formations if one studies them on the only level set of themes. However, thanks to the narratology analysis and to the work of cognitive psychology devoted to the narrative skills and schema, this point of view can be revised. As our studies show it, testimony corresponds to the mobilization and the actualisation of a narrative and discursive competence intended for the acquisition and the transmission of a knowledge on the disease. This knowledge characterize the final phase of a history which, according to a precise logic begin with the duty then is followed to want and capacity. In this paper, elements of method are proposed in order to renew the analysis of testimony. (Editor' s abstract) |
