Dans le champ de la prévention des conduites addictives en milieu de travail, les orientations privilégiées par les politiques publiques rencontrent des résistances majeures en matière de mise en œuvre. Sur la base des résultats d'une recherche-action portant sur les appropriations locales d'un projet national d'expérimentations de prévention, cet article interroge les obstacles cognitifs et organisationnels à une prévention écosystémique des usages de SPA. En suivant le travail de chargés de mission du réseau des agences régionales de l'Agence Nationale d'Amélioration des conditions de travail, il en caractérise également les conditions et les voies de dépassement des orientations prescrites. Celles-ci varient fortement selon les spécificités territoriales et les configurations d'acteurs. Resituer la prévention des addictions en milieu de travail dans l'analyse de l'organisation, des conditions de travail et de l'emploi emprunte ainsi différents processus allant de formes de déprise à l'affranchissement. ENGLISH:
In the field of preventing addictive behaviors in the workplace, the current policy guidelines meet major resistance during implementation. Based on the results of action research focusing on local appropriation of a national prevention experiment, this article examines the cognitive and organizational obstacles to ecosystemic prevention of psychoactive substance use. By following the work of project managers in the network of regional agencies of the Agence Nationale d'Amélioration des Conditions de Travail, it also characterizes the conditions and ways in which the prescribed guidelines can be surpassed. These vary greatly depending on the specific features of each region and the configuration of actors involved. Setting the prevention of addictions in the workplace within the analysis of the organization, working conditions and employment thus involves various processes ranging from distancing to emancipation.
