Résumé : | The authors identify some applications of virtual reality (VR) in the alcohol and drug field and explore future research directions. Topics mentioned include the use of VR in examining the co-occurrence of smoking and drinking from a research perspective in alcohol and drug studies, changes in brain metabolism of patients with alcohol dependence, and the use of VR in the game Take Control to help users counter substance cues using active bodily movements like hitting and kicking. |
