Résumé :
We would like to draw attention to potential risks of medication errors (ME) involving opioid maintenance therapy (OMT). Methadone and high-dose buprenorphine (HDB) are effective treatments for opioid use disorders (OUD) and are widely prescribed in France. Expanded access to methadone and HDB has improved access to medical care and reduced morbi-mortality rate for patients with OUD. [Extract]
