Résumé : | We discuss the main challenges for developing therapeutic treatment of cocaine addiction and explain why pharmacokinetic approaches, particularly those based on our recently developed efficient cocaine-metabolizing enzymes, are feasible for treatment of cocaine addiction and overdose. |
