Résumé :
ENGLISH :
Oral preparations of crude cannabis or cannabis extracts have a long history of therapeutic use, and pure cannabinoids such as Delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) have already been approved in many countries for the relief of nausea and vomiting, appetite stimulation, chronic neurogenic pain, and various other indications. However, the smoking of marijuana as medication remains a subject of debate. The available evidence does not suggest that it is likely to find wide clinical acceptability.
