Ce texte constitue un essai d'interprétation socio-historique pour penser l'évolution des comportements violents dans les relations interpersonnelles depuis les années 1970, à partir du cas français. Il s'appuie sur une synthèse originale de différents types de données disponibles : statistiques policières et judiciaires, enquêtes de victimation et de délinquance autorévélée, données démographiques et socio-économiques. Le modèle proposé articule ensuite cinq processus traversant la société française : un processus sociétal de pacification des murs, un processus politico-juridique de criminalisation, un processus de judiciarisation des conflits de la vie sociale ordinaire, un processus socio-économique de compétition pour les biens de consommation, un processus de ségrégation économico-socio-spatiale. Chemin faisant, cet essai tente également d'articuler de nombreux apports théoriques qui ont fait l'histoire de la sociologie et de la criminologie. (Résumé d'auteur) ENGLISH : This text is an essay of socio-historical interpretation to think the evolution of violent behaviours in interpersonal relationships since the 70, through the French case. He uses an original synthesis of various types of data: police and judicial statistics, victimization and self-reported surveys, demographic and socioeconomic data. The model links together five process acting in French society: a societal process of pacification, a political and legal process of criminalization, a process of judiciarization of everyday life conflicts, a socioeconomic process of competition for consumer goods, a process of economic, social and spatial segregation. This essay also try to link many theoretical contributions that had built the history of sociology and criminology. (Author' s abstract) |
