Résumé : |
ENGLISH : During 1999/2000 the model project 3CP' (3-Cities-Project) has continued the cooperation between the institutions Büro für Suchtprävention (Hamburg), Jellinek Center (Amsterdam) and Lifeline Project (Manchester), begun in 1996 in the area of ecstasy prevention. All projects mainly operate in the field of the so-called "dance drug" consumption. Based on the work with peer networks in the three cities, the international monitoring project, initiated in 1997/98 for the early diagnosis of drug consumption trends among young people, was developed further in the course of this. The Hamburg "Ecstasy Project" is a project of the Büro für Suchtprävention der Hamburgischen Landesstelle gegen die Suchtgefahren e.V. In this project various prevention measures concerning the area of dance drugs have been bundled. The Amsterdam project "Unity" is an initiative of young people from the club scene, which is supported by the Jellinek Center. In the course of the international cooperation the Manchester "Lifeline Project" has bundled concepts and measures of its own concerning the field of "recreational drug users" and has integrated these into the model project. With regard to conceiving and carrying out concrete prevention measures, the cooperation partners of 3CP" for the most part work independently of each other. Despite their independence regarding organization and contents, however, the three projects have agreed on mutual principles for their cooperation, which have proven particularly suitable for prevention measures in the area of "dance drugs" while at the same time they allow to take into account national and regional peculiarities. As a mutual policy the projects agreed on the development of risk-minimizing measures according to the guiding principles of harm reduction, a gender-specific line of action, the healthy employment of the peer-to-peer method, and the mediation of competencies. |
