La mutation du monde du travail, le stress permanent, ont engendré une augmentation de l'usage de médicaments, d'alcool et de tabac. La conséquence est directe sur l'économie et les relations humaines. L'auteur expose la marche à suivre pour une stratégie de prévention et d'éducation sur les lieux de travail.

Due to the changes the work-environment the stress on the person has come to a new level. The use of alcohol, nicotin and drugs combind with the possibility of addiction are consequences of this development. It is recommended to explore the prevention of alcohol and drug addiction as part of developing better healthcare at the workingplace. (Extract from the author's abstract)
