ENGLISH: In Switzerland, in the area of prevention a consensus is appearing, but there are perceptible differences in the treatment methods of drug addicts. The example of a computerized prevention aid, "Café Saigon", which aims at adolescents, shows the importance of an adaptation of prevention means to the modes of communication and to the centres of interest of young people, without polarizing on the products. The experiences of the Platzspitz in Zürich and the Kocherpark in Bern show that the debate on liberalisation is still a current topic. The proposed treatment models are varied, reflecting the different viewpoints. The psychological approach may be difficult in an area where the members of the pluridisciplinary teams define their roles in a very flexible manner. Through the example of weaning, the position of the psychologist towards the demands of the patient, to his relations and the medical treatment is shown. The mediating function of the psychologist at several levels is underlined. (Extract from author's abstract) |
