(Résumé d'auteur) ENGLISH : The principal objective of this research was to evaluate the efficacity of acupuncture therapy on abstinence and persistency in treatment of 182 patients of the Centre Domremy-Montreal. The main variables were : the score on a french version of the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), the EMIT score (presence of drugs residuals in urine), abstinence at the beginning and at the end of the RdP, assiduity and abandonment of treatment. The main variables significantly predictives of the abstinence at the end of the treatment were : the sex of the patient (women being the most vulnerable to giving up abstinence), the participation to an activity during the waiting period preceeding the RbP and the EMIT score ; the variables significantly related to the abandonment of treatment were the scores on the family/social, alcohol and drugs, scales of the ASI test. The acupuncture treatment did not have a significant effect ; however, participation to a group (acupuncture or relaxation) during the waiting period did have a significant effect on the issue of treatment.
