(D'après le résumé des auteurs) ENGLISH : 15 opiate dependents (DMS IV criteriom) have followed an ultra-short opiate detoxification guideline by anesthesia. As sedation/anesthesia the midazolam and propofol have been used, the opiate antagonists parentheral naloxone and naltrexone by nasalgastric catheter have been adminstrated. To have withdrawal symptoms under control, guanfacine together with the symptomatic medication have been used. The authors have made a continuous monitorisation of the blood pressure, heart frecuency, electrocardiogram, respiratory frecuency, pulse and corporal temperature. The withdrawal symptoms have been evaluated by the Gold Scale. 100% of patients have had a satisfactory curing of drug addiction. The length of time for sedation/anesthesia phases has fluctuated between 6 and 8 hours. In 24/36 hours from the beginning of the treatment, patients have been discharged from hospital. For all the patients, the intensity of withdrawal symptoms has always been light. The most problematic for patients has been the extubation, the intense tiredness and diarrhea.
