FRANÇAIS : 39 patients hospitalisés et traités pour une dépendance aux substances psychoactives ont été interrogés afin de déterminer l'impact d'événements stressants mineurs sur leur envie de consommer. Le stress était mesuré par le "Daily Stress Inventory", le soutien social l'était par "l'International Support Evaluation List" et l'envie de drogue par le "Daily Urge Record Sheet". Il en ressort que 64,10 % de l'échantillon n'a pas ressenti d'envie particulière. Une régression logistique a révélé qu'un petit nombre d'événements stressants (b=0.59,p ENGLISH : This study examined the incidence of cravings and minor stress events, whether stress predicted cravings, and whether social support predicted cravings or moderated the relation between stress and cravings. Participants included 39 inpatients being treated for substance dependence.
