Résumé :
ENGLISH :
The organisation of substitute drug treatment take-home doses varies between one structure and the other, as well as within the same structure. The Drug Addiction Service of ASL No. 8 in Cagliari has elaborated guidelines on this matter that take into consideration scientific, legal, clinical and social aspects. An analysis of the scientific literature and the relevant norms was carried out, and in particular an evaluation was made of the clinical, toxicological, psychiatric, social and family conditions of the patients, so as to determine their reliability in managing take-home substitute treatment. Reference was also made to the possible involvement of general practitioners. Finally, observations are made regarding the legal liability of the social workers. (Review's abstract)
