Lorsque nous étudions la littérature relative à la sortie de la toxicomanie, nous constatons trop souvent la tendance, à concevoir l'arrêt de la toxicomanie et plus généralement de la dépendance, comme principalement caractérisée par l'arrêt de la consommation et la normalisation des attitudes des sujets. Nous pensons qu'il existe un processus d'attrition intervenant dans l'arrêt du comportement addictif, qu'il faut appréhender en tant que fonctionnement régi par des modalités internes (psychiques) et externes (environnement), qui sous-tendent l'usure du processus d'addiction au-delà de l'arrêt de la consommation. Dans cet article nous tentons de montrer dans quelle mesure l'analyse du processus d'attrition et des éléments qui le caractérisent permet une analyse plus pertinente dans la prise en charge du sujet dépendant. ENGLISH :
When study the literature relative to the exit of the drug addict, too often, we establish, the inclination to conceive the stop of the addiction and more generally of the dependence, like principally, characterized by the stop of the consummation and normalisation of subjects'behaviours. We think that it exist an attrition processus intervening into the stop of the addictif behaviour and it must observe like as asperation governed by the internal modes (psychics) and external (environment) and which determine the wear of addict processus beyond the stop of the consummation. In this article, we tempt to demonstrate, the analyse of attrition processus and the elements which characterize it, let a analyse more judicious in the take care of the dependant subject.
