L' usage de l'ayahuasca (psychotrope amazonien), actuellement en vogue comme processus thérapeutique parmi les Occidentaux, n'est pas sans poser problèmes. Cette pratique trouve son origine dans un manque thérapeutique de notre société. Malheureusement, elle se fourvoie dans un certain nombre de malentendus qui minimisent la force et le danger de la consommation de cette substance. Cet article pointe particulièrement les dangers ignorés par méconnaissance et confusion linguistigues. (Résumé d'auteur.)
ENGLISH :
Use of ayahuasca (an Amazonian psychotropic substance), which is presently a fashionable therapeutic process among Western people, can be problematic. This practice has its roots in a therapeutical void in our society. Unfortunately, it is tangled up in a number of misunderstandings that minimise the strength of and the danger inherent to ayahuasca use. This paper points out the dangers that are overlooked due to linguistic misunderstandings and confusion. (Author's abstract.)
