Résumé :
New psychoactive substances (NPS) market is nowadays challenging for public health officers, and analytical and forensic chemists as it does for law enforcement. Amongst NPS, synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonists (SCRAs) are among the more challenging due to the highly dynamic placing of new molecules. Hence, SCRAs are, to date, the most abundant family of NPS with dozens of molecules. But, at date also, wastewater-based epidemiology development can contribute to monitor community consumption. Among SCRAs, MDMB-4en-PINACA is one of the most prevalent worldwide. It also prevails in Mayotte, French overseas territory where SCRAs outclass the other "hard drugs." The present article details the concentrations of MDMB-4en-PINACA, the other SCRAs molecules observed in association with MDB-4en-PINACA, the hepatic metabolites of MDMB-4en-PINACA and data about consumers in order to inform about the consumption use. The present article suggests that two metabolites, M01 and M10, are suitable as drug target residues to back-calculate MDMB-4en-PINACA community consumption. [Author's abstract]
