Résumé :
It was hypothesised more than 20 years ago that as the baby boomer generation aged, there would be an increase in substance use and related harms among older adults. There is an increasing body of evidence to support these projections, however, it is unclear whether our health systems are equipped to deal with the complex and multidisciplinary needs of these individuals.
