De nombreuses plantes et des champignons sont consommés pour leurs propriétés psychotropes. La plupart sont bien documentés, mais l'usage de certains reste confidentiel en France. La description de chaque espèce, de ses constituants psychotropes, de son usage traditionnel, de son mode de consommation en Occident et de ses effets sur l'organisme permet de renforcer les connaissances des professionnels de santé.
ENGLISH:
Many plants and mushrooms are consumed for their psychotropic properties. Most are well documented, but the use of some remains confidential in France. The description of each species, its psychotropic constituents, its traditional use, its mode of consumption in the West and its effects on the organism allows to reinforce the knowledge of health professionals.
