Résumé :
The 1961 UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs proposed to end all non-medical use of cannabis, coca, opium poppy, and their derivatives. In the nearly 60 years since then, global drug use and harm have increased despite better scientific understanding of what interventions are effective, as highlighted by a new Lancet Series on drug use.
