Résumé :
The objectives of the project are to develop a Rapid Assessment and Response (RAR) instrument which allows addiction care services and services for refugees, asylum seekers and illegal immigrants:
- to obtain a picture of the drug problem among the refugees in a number of EU Member States
- to identify the needs of refugees in EU Member States concerning information on drugs
- to identify good practice already developped
- to initiate and support the development of new approaches and information material
- to initiate and suppport exchange of expertise.
