L'offre d'hospitalisation de jour en addictologie (HJA) se développe : sa place est en cours d'élaboration, au sein de la filière hospitalière de soin. Au-delà de considérations médico-économiques ou organisationnelles, nous proposons une approche clinique de la place qu'elle peut prendre dans des parcours de consommations et de soins complexes. Avant, après ou en alternative au sevrage en substances psychoactives, ce mode d'hospitalisation peut permettre de se centrer sur la santé et la qualité de vie plutôt que le seul niveau de consommation de produits. Les modalités du travail thérapeutique proposé en HJA permettent un accompagnement différencié pour chaque personne, à un moment donné de son existence, et favorise la diversité plutôt que la normativité d'un seul objectif de soins.

The offer of day hospitalization program in addictology is growing, with a place in development in the hospital care sector. Beyond health and economic or organizational considerations, we propose a clinical approach to the place it can take in the course of complex consumption and complex care. Before, after or as an alternative to psychoactive substances withdrawal, this hospitalization mode can afford to focus on the health and quality of life rather than the single use level of psychotropic drugs. The methods of the therapeutic work proposed in HJA allow a support differentiated for every person at some point of its existence and promote the diversity rather than the standard of a single model of care.
