Résumé :
Recent political developments demand a thorough reexamination of control policy for the nonmedical use of cannabis. Sound policy requires a logical and comprehensive response to a set of clearly defined, accurately measured, and ethically evaluated problems. In the absence of essential information on some important aspects of this subject, it is wiser to refrain from premature legalization in response to politically driven demands that may create worse problems than those they propose to solve.
