En France, le début du XXIe siècle marque un tournant considérable dans la prise en charge des dépendances. Auparavant centrés sur un produit distinguant chaque personne dépendante en fonction de la substance consommée, les soins apportés tendent légitimement à s'unifier sous le terme d'addictologie, s'élargissant également aux addictions sans produits.
Cet article tente de mettre en lumière les difficultés, les obstacles à cette volonté de réorientation des prises en charge, notamment dans l'intégration des toxicomanes dans les centres de posture en alcoologie.
ENGLISH:
In France, the beginning of the 21st century is a considerable turning point in the process of taking care of dependencies. Previously centered in a product which would distinguish each dependent person according to the substance abused, the care provided legitimately tends to harmonize under the term of addictology, equally expanding to product-free addictions.
This article tries to highlight the difficulties, the obstacles to that reorientation willingness of those taken care of, namely in integrating the addicts in post-disintoxication alcohology centers.
