Le cadre "Appartement thérapeutique " constitue un site de pensée d'où un espace-temps "transitionnel" peut s'élaborer. Ce lieu devient un espace de pensée où combler du vide et extirper du trop plein devient possible. Au-delà de la réalité de l'appartement en tant que contenant, cette dynamique psychoaffective s'effectue dans un mouvement dialectique entre imaginaire et symbolique. Quelques vignettes cliniques émanant d'histoires articulées à l'Histoire viennent porter un éclairage à nos propos.
ENGLISH:
The "therapeutic apartment" arrangement provides a thinking space from which a transitional time and space can emerge, in which the psycho-affective "void" can be filled or the "overflow" released. Over and above the material role of the apartment as a protective container, the psycho-affective dynamics are produced by a dialectical movement between the imaginary and the symbolic. A number of short case histories are given to illustrate the arguments put forward.
