L'hébergement a de tout temps fait partie des outils de la prise en charge des toxicomanes. L'auteur analyse l'évolution de la place qui lui est assignée, mettant en perspective les contextes socio-historiques, l'évolution des textes législatifs et administratifs, l'évolution des modalités d'hébergement.
ENGLISH:
From the outset, accommodation has had its place in treating drug addicts. The author analyses the way in which this place has changed, by taking a balanced look at social and historical changes, changes in legislation and regulations and changing forms of accommodation.
