Cet article présente les dimensions psychologiques mises en jeu pendant la grossesse d'une femme alcoolodépendante et la période périnatale. Celles-ci entreront en interaction avec l'annonce du retentissement de l'exposition prénatale à l'alcool, sur l'enfant. Cette analyse permettra de proposer différentes modalités de prise en soins des femmes en difficulté avec l'alcool pendant leur grossesse et en post-partum avec leur bébé.

This paper presents the psychological dimensions involved during the pregnancy of an alcohol dependent woman and the perinatal period. These will interact with the announcement of the echo of the pre-birth exposure to alcohol on the child. This analysis will allow to propose various modalities of taking in care of women struggling with alcohol during their pregnancy and in post-partum with their baby.
