Cet article présente un dispositif innovant visant à prévenir les conduites à risque liées à la prise d'alcool massive chez les jeunes lors des fêtes votives. Nous décrivons la mise en place de cette structure depuis la demande d'intervention par une municipalité jusqu'aux constats possibles à l'issue de trois années de pratique. Les résultats de cette expérience, fruit de préparatifs approfondis en termes de réflexion et de logistique, nous font conclure que son impact sur la population visée est réel ; impact dont nous envisageons trois explications à titre d'hypothèses. ENGLISH:
This article describes an innovative approach designed to prevent high-risk behavior related to alcohol abuse in young people during village festivals. The authors describe the setting-up of this intervention from the initial request of the municipality to the findings observed after three years of implementation. The results of this experiment, based on a long process of reflection and logistics, indicate that it has a real impact on the target population. Three hypotheses are proposed to explain this impact.
