Avec l'aggravation des conditions de vie sociale, les urgences sont un passage de plus en plus utilisé par les toxicomanes. Apartir d'une enquête a posterior sur début 1989, l'auteur étudie les problèmes de définition du toxicomane, le type d'urgence objective ou/et subjective et la nécessité d'une réponse. Elle conclut par l'obligation de coordination avec les autres intervenants en toxicomanie en amont et en aval de l'urgence elle-même.
ENGLISH :
With the worsening of social living circumstances, drug addicts are attending more and more emergency departments in the hospitals. From an inductive survey conducted early in 1989, the author investigates the problems met in defining the addict, the type of unbiased and/or subjective idea of emergency, and the need for an answer. The conclusion is that there is an indispensable coordination with other interveners in the field of drug addicton on the upstream and downstream side of the emergency itself.
