Recevoir en consultations dans un centre de soins spécialisé les sujets toxicodépendants soumis à une obligation judiciaire de soins implique que le "soignant" prenne en compte le contexte très particulier de leur démarche. La configuration triangulaire juge, toxicomane, soignant à laquelle l'intervenant est alors confronté ouvre un jeu d'alliances et de coalitions possibles qui, pour être riches, n'en sont pas moins complexes. Après avoir défini d'un point de vue légal l'injonction thérapeutique et l'obligation de soins cet article analyse et fait un compte rendu d'une expérience de consultation familiale illustrée par deux exemples cliniques. ENGLISH :
When providing treatment in a specialized rehabilitation center to persons addicted to drugs who are under treatment pursuant to a court order, the "caregiver" must take into account the very particular context of treatment. The triangular configuration, judge, drug addict, caregiver, that the clinician is caught up in opens up a wide variety of possible alliances and coalitions which, although rich, are also complex. This article analysis and report on an experience illustrated by two clinical examples. (From authors' abstract)
