Depuis 1992, le Centre de Recherche et d'Aide pour les Narcomanes (CRAN) a mis en place un groupe d'intervention pour les femmes enceintes ou qui viennent d'accoucher. La naissance d'un enfant confronte la mère et son cercle familial à un challenge énorme : passer de la dépendance à l'attachement. Les auteurs ont observé le rôle aidant du processus d'attachement/détachement au groupe, la place du rituel de soin comme substitut au rituel de l'addiction. Ils ont également observé l'importance des motivations générées par la naissance.
ENGLISH :
Since 1992 the CRAN have built a group intervention dedicated to women who are pregnant or just delivered. The birth of a child confronts the mother and her family circle with a tremendous challenge : shifting from dependency to attachment. The authors have been able to observe the facilitation role of the attachment/detachment process to the group, the place of the care ritual as a substitute to the addiction ritual, as well as the importance of the motivations generated by that birth.
