Résumé :
ENGLISH :
Richard A. Lange et al. have made a large overview of the medical complications of cocaine use, especially the cardiovascular complications, in a recent issue of the New England Journal of Medicine. As a key point of the cardiac toxicity of cocaine, the authors mentioned the main responsibility of cocaethylene reporting on studies suggesting that the concomitant use of cocaine and alcohol is more harmful than the use of either product alone. We wanted to react on such a point. (Extract of the publication)
