Résumé :
This toolkit module provides a guide on how to develop an IDIS through which data on drug abuse patterns and trends can be collected, analysed and disseminated. This module includes information on the basic principles underlying drug information systems, how to undertake an initial drug information needs assessment (Information, Needs and Resources Analysis) and how to establish a drug information system.
