Résumé :
There is a connection between cocaine use and development of cardiopathy. This is a predominant problem in young people, with an increasing rate of cardiovascular diseases in this group of age. Many direct and indirect effects have been described: ischemic coronary artery disease, myocarditis, myocardial hypertrophy, dilated cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, sudden death, acute aortic syndrome and endocarditis.
