FRANÇAIS :
Dans la "toxicomanie essentielle", qu'il faut distinguer des "toxicomanies symptomatiques" s'inscrivant dans des structures psychotique, névrotique ou perverse, la base existentielle du sujet sur laquelle repose sa thymie ("humeur" ou "Stimmung") est trouée. Une brèche profonde et archaïque s'est produite dans le lien primordial au maternel de telle sorte que le corps n'a pas su trouver sa clôture. La fonction de la drogue est de colmater cette brèche et de servir de prothèse. Ces sujets, très semblables sur certains points aux psychotiques, relèvent cependant d'une organisation pulsionnelle plutôt psychopathique. (Résumé d'auteur)
ENGLISH:
In the "essential toxicomania", that should be distinguished from "symptomatic toxicomanias" involved in psychotic, neurotic or perverse structures, the existential basis of the subject, where his thymia rests on ("mood" or "Stimmung"), is perforated. A deep and archaic breach occured in the primary bond with the maternal so that the body did not find its closing. The function of the drug is to close this breach and to serve as prothesis. But these subjects, who are very similar in certain regards to psychotics, belong to a rather psychopathic instinctual organisation. (Author' s abstract)
