Résumé :
Correlation, the European network on social inclusion and health organised a three day conference in Sofia, Bulgaria from 27 to 29 September. The conference covered a broad range of topics, targeting marginalised groups and their limited access to health and social services. Through presentations, round table discussions, workshops and sessions the more than 200 participants exchanged information in the field of research, policy and practice. The major topics during these three days were: marginalisation and exclusion, access to social and health services, harm reduction methodologies, impact on policy, research and evaluation, outreach, empowerment, peer support and self organisation, new technologies and communication and HIV, aids and hepatitis prevention issues. Thereby the active participation of drug users, sex workers and other marginalised groups is a fundamental part of Correlation. This report provides an overview of the presentations given during the three day conference as well as some additional information that came up during discussions and workshops. (Editor' s abstract)
