La naltrexone est un antagoniste des opiacés utilisé dans le traitement à long terme des toxicomanes. Elle ne protège pas, seule, des récidives mais doit s'accompagner de mesures psychothérapiques.
ENGLISH :
Naltrexon is a longterm opioid antagonist which can be used in the psychosocial rehabilitation process of former dependents on opiates. It was established that there were less opiates used during the treatment with Naltrexon. The exclusive delivery of Naltrexon cannot protect from relapse and has to be completed with psychotherapeutic measures. (Author's abstract)
