Après un aperçu du développement récent de la thérapie en toxicomanie, on discute des indications du traitement ambulatoire. Le rapport du centre Drop-in à Berlin, permet de tirer un enseignement empirique pour poser les indications différentielles de traitement résidentiel ou de traitement ambulatoire.

After a survey on the development of therapy for drug-addicts in the last years a description is given of the actual state of discussion on the indication problem for ambulant therapy for drug-addicts. A report of the ambulant training-program START in the drop-in-center is followed by empirical data on the problem of differential indication of ambulant or stationary therapy. (Author's abstract)
