La survenue du sida doit amener à modifier l'accompagnement des toxicomanes dans les structures d'accueil et de soins, notamment à inclure des infirmiers, des médecins dans leur équipe, et développer le partenariat hospitalier.
ENGLISH :
We examined retrospectively seventy-two records of patients seen between may'90 and may'91. Analysis showed that the population of this consultation has changed after the spread of AIDS, although infections other than HIV and addiction problems remain the major reasons for consultation. Considering the importance of somatic problems and the social, cultural disability of these patients we should imagine new health-care structures and think about more specific therapeutic availabilities for drug users.
