Selon le contexte socio-culturel, l'usage de produits illicites peut contribuer soit à la cohésion du groupe soit à sa destructuration. C'est ce qui ressort d'une approche comparative de 2 groupes de toxicomanes de 16 à 30 ans, dont l'un a investi un quartier central de Paris et l'autre vit en famille dans la banlieue est de la ville.

With the comparative observations of two groups of illicit drug users in urban Paris, the author looks at the socio-economic influence on consumption which, from one situation to another may lead to either to greater unity or greater disarray of the group. (Author's abstract)
