Recherches des caractéristiques propres de l'entourage familial du toxicomane par voie parentérale, capables d'influer sur l'apparition et la poursuite de conduites addictives. 220 drogués sont ainsi comparés à 150 sujets témoins. Les conclusions sont habituelles : famille nombreuse, père absent, niveau éducatif médiocre et économique faible, comportements d'addiction chez le père et la fratrie (alcool surtout), enfin antécédents psycho-pathologiques fréquents chez la mère.
ENGLISH :
The family nucleus characteristics in intravenous drug addicts are analysed by means of a comparative study between two groups, the former consisting of 220 I. D. A. selected amid those admitted to the psychiatric service of H. M. C. "Gomez Ulla", and the latter made up of 150 healthy controls homogeneous to the studied group in relation to age, sex, origin, etc... They were asked to fill an anonymous questionnaire that searched the following items : 1) family structure; 2) relationship among them; 3) family outcomes; 4) educational degree of its members; 5) occupational level; 6) family members consuming drugs; 7) psychiatric family background. The results are discussed confronting them to other studies. (Author's abstract)
