ENGLISH :
The purpose of this article is to discuss the services offered by the Wellness Program at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. The article provides some background on the origin of the program and it investigates the satisfaction level of students participating in the program. Hopefully, the information can be used by administrators in establishing similar programs on other campuses, and it can serve as a foundation for future studies of voluntary sober student housing. The first three schools open their programs to all students who choose ongoing sobriety for a variety of reasons, and the last school reserves its program for college students involved in a 12-step recovery program such as Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous. The programs at these four schools have been in existence from one to five years. (According to the author)
