Par la chromatographie gazeuse et spectrométrie de masse, on identifie les métabolites biologiques du MPPP ("Designer-drug"), et plus particulièrement le MPP+ neurotoxique puissant.
ENGLISH :
Gas chromotographic and gas chromotographic-mass spectrometric techniques were used to identify metabolites of MPPP a designer heroin, in rat urine. MPTP and MPP+ were identified as the major metabolites. MPPP, the native drug and the major metabolite MPTP and MPP+ were quantitated in he biofluid using stable isotope labeled analogs as internal standards in a selected ion monitoring assay.
