Etude sur un groupe de 42 héroïnomanes: les patients présentant une forte réactivité au stress manifestent des symptômes de sevrage plus sévères et sont plus consommateurs de drogues secondaires. En annexe à cette étude, est joint le questionnaire d'évaluation des réponses face au stress.
ENGLISH :
We study the relation between stress reactivity and intensity of the opiate withdrawal syndrome, in a group of 42 patients with heroin dependence. Patients with high stress reactivity (HSR) show more intense symptoms of opiate withdrawal than patients with low stress reactivity (LSR). Furthermore patients with HSR take higher number of other drugs than patients with LSR. (Author's abstract)
