A partir de l'étude des programmes de prévention Espagnols, l'auteur souligne les facteurs à l'origine de la crise dans ce domaine: l'absence d'un consensus technique et politique sur la définition d'une stratégie appropriée. Il considère également, les facteurs sociaux et institutionnels qui entretiennent cette crise. Ces observations conduisent à la conclusion que les difficultés actuelles sont plus liées à la politique administrative et professionnelle qu'aux attitudes sociales.
ENGLISH :
The author of the present research on the basis of the drug prevention programs in spain thinks there is a big crisis originated by the lack of technical and political consensus about what are the correct strategies in the prevention field. With this data and the outcome of other opinion surveys from the same author (wich are not yet published), he makes considerations about the social and institutional factors sustaining this crisis. This fact leads to the conclusion that the actual difficulties are more linked to professional and official policies than to social attitudes. (Extract from author's abstract)
