This paper expounds the hypothesis according to which the drug addicts amalgamate in a whole several psychopathological elements : psychotic, manic-depressive, perverse, compulsive-obsessional, without regard to an other "normal" element. The theoretical approach is a psychoanalytic one. (Author's abstract)
