Le flunitrazépam (Rohypnol)* a atteint, depuis 5 ans, la position de tête quant à l'usage abusif de benzodiazépines. Il faut mettre en place, d'urgence, une législation plus stricte, établissant une nuance entre la simple prescription de médicament et la prescription de stupéfiants, pour permettre un contrôle effectif de ces substances.
ENGLISH :
Flunitrazepam (rohypnol) in a random access sample of 8.125 persons with substance abuse problems of the German Substance Abuse Warning System (FWS/SAWS) has reached in the past few years the leading position of abuse among benzodiazepine derivatives. A stricter control seems urgently needed, e.g. by establishing an additional Schedule in drug related legislation, between simple prescription and narcotics prescription, to allow a more effectiv control of this and other similar substances.
